Kelly's Storage is a fast growing storage provider. The core business activities involve offering document and data storage services to some of the UK largest companies, as well as offering innovative self storage and domestic / international removals services.

Kelly's Storage has a requirement to employ a Drupal developer for a 3-6 month project in Guildford, Surrey to further development of a web portal for the promotion and organisation of charitable events hosted throughout the UK.

Working alongside our team of experienced software developers, the successful candidate will not necessarily have commercial development experience, but will be required to demonstrate a working knowledge of PHP, MySQL and Drupal.

Upon completion of the initial projects, it is anticipated that the candidate would be considered for a permanent position within the development team within Kelly's Storage.

All applicants should have full rights to work in the UK, and no applications from teleworkers or agencies will be considered.

The position is based at the Kelly's Storage offices on Slyfield Industrial Estate in Guildford, Surrey.

Kellystore Funraisers is a special department within Kelly's Storage, specifically set up by the company directors to organise and fund events to be held in the community for the benefit of local charities.

All monies raised by Kellysore Funraisers will go directly to the nominated charities, and all events will be wholly funded by Kelly's Storage.

Kelly's Self Storage raises £1,000 for Surrey Air Ambulance.

Employees of Kelly's Self Storage have raised over £1,000 for Surrey Air Ambulance. As part of our annual company bowling tournament, Kelly's Self Storage dontated £10 everytime a staff member scored a strike, overall 59 strikes were scored, and additional donatations from staff members bought the total to over £1,000!

The air ambulance is a valuable resource, saving the lives of people in and around Surrey.

Kelly's Self Storage is opening in Birmingham.

Our new site will be conveniently situated for central Birmingham, and we will be offering our unique collection and delivery services to customers requiring self storage in Birmingham and beyond.

Kelly's Self Storage will soon be moving into new premesis in Manchester.

Our new location will allow us to better serve customers requiring self storage in Manchester and beyond. We will be reducing our collection and delivery charges, and providing a secure and convenient location for our customers to visit us within Manchester.

THE CHALLENGE WAS £20,000 BUT WE MADE £25,000!

Kelly's Miles for Smiles set out to raise £20,000 for Disability Challengers, a local charity that helps disabled children and their families. We organised a fun run and walk and managed to raise a staggering £25,000!

The birthday card featured family and employees of the Kelly's group, and was presented to our chairman for his 60th birthday.

Our new trailers have now hit the streets, with fun and eyecatching new designs featuring our new company mascot "Kelly the Kangaroo".

Kelly's were the first company in the UK to collect self storage from your home, and we feel that our new designs really stand out from the crowd.

We have been working hard for a while now, and are very pleased to launch our online booking service.

As part of our on-going commitment to customer satisfaction, we feel that online booking will further enhance our exceptional service, and will provide our customers with control over their storage 24 hours a day.

Everyone at Kelly's would like to wish a very happy 60th birthday to David Martin, the chairman of the Kelly's group.

The celebrate, David was presented with a gift of a tennis lesson with "Jeremy Bates" at Wimbledon.

A special "birthday card" was also presented to David featuring caricatures of Kelly's employees.

David is much loved at Kelly's, and we all wish him many happy returns!

Over 800 runners attended "Bolt Round The Holt", and helped to raise £15,000 for two Guildford based charities on the 4th April 2009.

Kelly's Self Storage sponsored the event, and also entered a team of over 50 runners.

Kelly's would like to thank everyone who took part in the event, as well as the team at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, and All About Triathlons, who did an exceptional job in organising the day.

We would also like to thank our own staff who helped out on the day manning water stations, and marshalling.

All the money raised will go towards two cancer charities at the Royal Surrey County Hospital.

Kelly's Self Storage are proud to be the main sponsor for a major a charity run in aid of St Lukes Cancer Fund and G.U.T.S (Guildford Undetected Tumour Screening) which specialises in the early detection of bowel cancers. These are the two major cancer charities at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and we feel they are very worthwhile causes.

Monies raised will go towards the Da Vinci appeal which aims to raise the money to purchase a state of the art robot used in pioneering, complex cancer surgery, ensuring that our local hospital will be at the forefront in the treatment of cancer.

The 'Bolt round the Holt' fun run will take place on Saturday 4th April 2009 at the very beautiful Alice Holt Wood in Farnham. Runners can participate in either 5km, 10km or, if they are feeling very energetic or perhaps training for the London Marathon, can run a half marathon.

Kelly's Self Storage have entered a 50+ strong team to run the race, and there will be over 750 runners on the day!

Just a quick note to say a big public thank you to the people at Charlie Vegas.

They really went above and beyond the call of duty to get us our kangraoo costume all the way from France with just a few days notice!

The costume has been a big hit with people at the events we have attended recently.
